North Central Speedway had practice scheduled for the 25th and 26th though it was cancelled on the 26th due to rain. We did get out there on Saturday the 25th and tried a bunch of chassis changes on Travis’s car. We learned a few things to never do and a few things that seemed to make the car better. Overall we were pretty happy with Travis’s car.

Lou didn’t bring his street stock but he did hop in the modified and ran it quite a few times and looked love every minute. I am thinking he likes the modified more so than the street stock so we will have to wait and see if it was enough to push him up a class, or two.

Don was itching to get into the pure stock to practice and possibly race it through the year some. He was able to get some laps in until the motor went kaboom and would not even turn over. Not really sure how bad it is yet and I am not sure where it leaves him as far as racing it.

We took the 318 to the engine dyno at Line Performance in Wright, MN on 4-6-09. We learned a lot of stuff and ended up gaining quite a bit from where we started.
